Understanding pricing and billing
Ordertracker pricing is very easy to understand - you are billed by unique tracking number and lookups are unlimited.
One thing to note is that Ordertracker for Shopify is billed by order number instead of tracking number. This means that if you have 1 order associated with multiple shipments, you are only billed 1 credit
Free plan
The free plan comes with 5 monthly shipments and includes every one of our features, excluding the Shopify app and the REST API. It is designed to let you test the service.
Paid plan
We offer multiple paid plans with pricing varying according to your shipment volume, and they include every one of our features, excluding the Shopify app, which is available to Silver plan and above and the REST API, which is available to Retailer plan and above.
