How to customize email notifications sent to my Shopify customers?
You can customize the email notifications sent to your customers. Please follow our tutorial below to get started.
If you haven't installed the app yet, please do so by following these instructions.
Tutorial
Go to the app settings
Open the Ordertracker app settings in your Shopify admin.
Customize your emails
In the email notification settings, you can configure the following:
- Color: Set your brand color for the email template
- Language: Choose the language used in the email notifications
Save
Click Save to apply your changes. All future email notifications sent by Ordertracker will use your customized settings.
