On your own domain, at /apps/ordertracker, with your theme's font and colors, and an accent color you can set yourself. Your customer types their order number and email, never a tracking number.
Email notification
One email per order, sent when the order is placed, with the link to your tracking page. It reassures your customer before the order even ships.
In the app
Your shipments with their carriers, status and incidents, your delivery times split between fulfillment and transit, your carriers ranked by destination, and an AI assistant to analyze it all.
