How to integrate Ordertracker tracking page URL to DSers email notifications?

DSers can send your tracking page URL in its shipping confirmation emails instead of a carrier link.

If you haven't installed the app yet, please do so by following these instructions.

Tutorial

Go to DSers email settings

In your DSers dashboard, open Settings, then Fulfillment Settings, select the Shopify tab and scroll to the shipping confirmation email settings.

Enable the custom tracking URL

On the Custom Tracking Url line, open the dropdown and choose Custom.

Paste the Ordertracker URL

Paste this URL in the input box:

https://yourshop.com/apps/ordertracker?trackingNumber=

Replace yourshop.com with your own domain and keep the URL ending with trackingNumber=. DSers automatically adds the tracking number at the end of the URL, and the tracking page opens straight on the customer's order.

Save

Click Save. DSers emails now link to your tracking page, opened straight on the customer's order.
