How to integrate Ordertracker tracking page URL to DSers email notifications?

If you are using DSers, you can add the Ordertracker tracking page URL into DSers email notifications. To learn how to achieve this, please follow our tutorial below.

If you haven't installed the app yet, please do so by following these instructions.

Tutorial

Go to DSers Settings

In your DSers dashboard, click the Settings icon (gear icon) in the left sidebar, then go to the Tracking section.

Enable custom tracking URL

Toggle on the Custom Tracking URL option.

Paste the Ordertracker URL

In the tracking URL field, paste the following URL:

https://myshop.myshopify.com/apps/ordertracker?customerEmail={email}&orderNumber={order_number}

Replace myshop with your actual Shopify store name. The {email} and {order_number} placeholders will be automatically replaced by DSers with the customer's email and order number.

Save

Click Save to apply your changes. From now on, DSers email notifications will include a link to your Ordertracker tracking page, allowing your customers to track their order directly on your store.
