How to send email notifications to my Shopify customers?

Nothing to set up, notifications are on as soon as you install the app.

As soon as a customer places an order, they receive an email with the link to your tracking page, even before the order ships. It reassures them, and it brings them back to your store.

Ordertracker sends its own shipping email. To avoid duplicates, disable Shopify's Shipping updated and Local delivery notifications. The app links straight to those settings.

You can turn it off from Email notifications in the app. Your orders keep being tracked, only the email stops.
