How to customize my Shopify tracking page?

The tracking page style and colors are automatically inherited from your Shopify theme, so it blends seamlessly with your store. You can further customize a few settings from the app.

Go to the app settings

Open the Ordertracker app settings in your Shopify admin.

What you can customize

From the app settings, you can configure the following:

• Language: Choose the language displayed on the tracking page
• Tracking number display: Control whether the tracking number is visible to your customers
• Upsells: Add product recommendations to your tracking page to drive additional sales
• Supported carriers: Select which carriers are enabled for tracking

Save and preview

Click Save to apply your changes. You can preview your tracking page by visiting https://myshop.myshopify.com/apps/ordertracker (replace myshop with your store name).
