Understanding delivery statuses and their meanings

The shipment data is mapped into 3 statuses that are directly associated with the general delivery status, as well as 12 substatuses that correspond to each delivery checkpoint.

Shipment statuses

    This status either means that the shipment is not shipped yet or that the tracking number you provided is incorrect.

    This status means that the shipment is in transit with the carrier.

    This status means that the shipment has been delivered.

Checkpoints substatuses
